"So beyond tired of my car insurance bill going up. Everytime I turn around it's gone up $3 to $4 more. My driving record is clean, no accidents or tickets of any kind. Yet my bill keeps rising. I have been with State Farm for years, I am really considering switching to a different company. Edit: Just went to pay my bill and it's gone up yet again, beyond ridiculous!!!"

"I've worked with Larry for nearly 20 years now. He's got me covered with home, auto, and life insurance and he is definitely one of the best in the business!"

"Unlike the other reviews, I cannot endorse Larry's agency. After nearly 25 years with State Farm and several agents along the way, it all came to a screeching halt when the agency failed to accept any accountability for setting my insurance policy up with the wrong deductibles, then not disclosing to me the $500 deductible when I called in to proceed with replacing a windshield. The long and short of it is this: I had three vehicles, and in one transaction I traded in two of them for a new vehicle. One was a primary vehicle, and the other was just a junk heap of a truck for hauling things. I instructed an employee of the agency to set up my coverage the same as my primary vehicle, but it was set up with the coverage of the junk heap. This went unnoticed by me, and when the windshield needed replacing a few months later, I learned of the error. Larry told me that if the agency made a mistake, that they would make it right. Larry articulated a couple of scenarios that were both acceptable to me, but Larry decided that his agency was right and I was wrong, so I paid my deductible, cancelled my policies, and took my business to Allstate, who I have now been with for the past two years and have been delighted with (and also have lower premiums). Bottom line: The agency is great as long as everything goes to plan, but as soon as the customer has a legitimate issue in which the agency may have done something wrong, you may just discover that Larry McIntosh is not the good neighbor that State Farm advertises."
